For the past few weeks, MAMAMOO‘s Solar has been candidly sharing her fitness journey as she worked to get in shape for her August of cover of Men’s Health Korea.
Over the course of July, both Solar and Men’s Health Korea shared sneak peaks at what would be coming as a part of this cover.

Men’s Health Korea began by revealing her to be their female model for the year and showing her cover photos with her trainer Yang Chi Seung.
Next came the behind-the-scenes looks at the upcoming photoshoot from both Solar and Men’s Health Korea. Solar shared looks from the shoot on her Instagram.

While it was cool to see these brief glimpses into her looks for these upcoming photos, we couldn’t wait to see the full the photoshoot once August came around.

August is here and the issue has been recently released. It’s more than safe to say that these photos have been worth the wait.
In these photos, Solar goes from fitness goals in her black and yellow bikini top and jeans combination to absolute girl crush in her black and white one piece swimsuit.
Her third look for the photoshoot is a long sleeved, turtleneck body suit that lets her show off her gorgeous legs.
On top of showing off her toned figure, she even got to take a series of beautiful glamour shots where she makes the messy bun look elegant.
This may have been a tough photoshoot for Solar to work toward but in the end she looked incredible and seemed to gain a new sense of self confidence. Which of these looks was your favorite? Let us know!
