During his recent EN-loG on the ENHYPEN YouTube channel, Jake decided to spend part of his day off at a local comic cafe! For a couple of hours, he got to have a private room to himself where he could sit back, read, and relax.

Eventually, Jake decided on starting with “something easy” since he’s “still a newbie.” He approached the comic book wall, pulled out a few that caught his eye, and returned to his personal room to begin his manga journey!

The first book he picked was actually suggested to him by one of his fellow ENHYPEN members: The Promised Neverland!
I’m going to read my first book (manga) today! This was a recommendation. Actually, Ni-Ki has also mentioned this series before. So, I’m going to give it a go.

One thing Jake especially enjoyed about it was how “the style is so pretty!” He continued on to further praise the artist for their work.
As you can see, the artist drew it so well. I don’t know if this is just what all comic books are like… I’ll continue this book next time!

His next choice was a volume of the popular volleyball series, Haikyuu!!! Almost immediately after starting it, Jake mentioned how he believed that Jay would probably enjoy it too, as he likes comic books as well.

After that, he kept on reading for a while, eventually switching over to his phone to take a look at what the animated series looked like.

And finally, as the sun began to set, the tired boy fell asleep. It’s probably safe to say Jake was able to fully unwind at that comic book cafe!
