Peakboy Updates Fans With The Progress Of His Collaboration With BTS’s V For The Track “Purple Color”

When it comes to iconic friendship groups within the world of K-Pop, and Korean entertainment, one that is always on the top of people’s lists is the “Wooga Squad.” Netizens cannot get enough of the friendship between BTS‘s V, actors Park Seo Joon, Park Hyung Sik, and Choi Woo Shik, alongside producer Peakboy. They are the true epitome of friendship goals.

In particular, fans have loved the friendship between V and Peakboy. As musicians, the two have shared a lot of amazing moments.

In 2020, the duo teased a collaboration with each other, and the results were released in December that year when V released a track called “Snow Flower,” which featured Peakboy. Fans instantly fell in love with it.

Well, it now seems as there might be something else on the cards for ARMYs! Peakboy recently went on Instagram and answered some questions from fans about everything from his life, music, and much more.

In particular, one fan had a question for Peakboy regarding future music from the duo. They asked, “By the way, how’s that song for Kim Taehyung-ssi coming along? Is it going well?”

Peakboy replied with the word, “ing” which normally means that it is still ongoing! It instantly had people excited with the idea that a track between the two is in the process of being created.

For many ARMYs in particular, this got them excited because they believe that the track in question that was being spoken about was “Purple Color.” Last October, V went onto Weverse and asked ARMY to write some lyrics for a song he was writing, and he also added that it would be a track created with the help of producer Peakboy.

The significance of “purple” is huge for BTS’s V and ARMYs. In particular, V is the founder of the phrase “Borahae” or “I Purple You,” and it is a phrase that has provided comfort to ARMYs for years.

It isn’t the first time since “Snow Drop” that the two have collaborated on music in some form. Earlier in the year, V made a cameo in his track “GYOPO HAIRSTYLE” alongside the other “Wooga Squad” members, and it was definitely hilarious!

Although Peakboy didn’t give any details about a release date, it is proof that he and V are definitely working on the track, and ARMYs will be excited to hear the finished song.
