TXT’s Soobin Reveals Why Beomgyu Is Such An Amazing Friend, And His Answer Has Us Soft

TXT‘s Soobin recently hosted a live broadcast, where he sat down with fans and answered some questions about his pet hedgehog, his relationship with Jessi, and much more.

He also spoke about his members, in particular Beomgyu. During the broadcast, after explaining why he had given Beomgyu some body oil, Soobin added that by doing this, he isn’t the nice one, but Beomgyu is.

Soobin told fans how he had lost his wallet that had his wallet and money in it. Because of this, he had to get everything re-issued, which meant that he had no access to his cards, online banking, or cash.

When he wondered what to do, Beomgyu went up to Soobin and gave him his card with ₩400,000 KRW (about $347 USD) and told him to “Use it.”

Even after Soobin told him that he didn’t actually need the money at that moment, Beomgyu insisted that he take the card, even though it was a lot of money.

Beomgyu insisted. He knew I had inconveniences. It was not a small amount; it’s 400,000 won. It was a big amount of money, and I hesitated to receive it.

If that wasn’t enough, after giving him the card, Soobin explained that Beomgyu texted him saying not to worry about paying him back, and it was heartwarming.

Later, he texted me like this, ‘Soobin, don’t worry. You don’t need to pay back quickly. If you spend it all, just return the card to me. I don’t buy things, so I don’t need to spend money. Use it to buy things you need.’ That’s what he texted.

Soobin then added that he playfully messaged him back, saying thank you, and Beomgyu replied with some jokes to make him feel comfortable.

Although Soobin eventually didn’t end up using it all, he was still extremely thankful to Beomgyu and described his member as “attentive and considerate.”
