TXT Cancels Comeback Showcase After Staff Member Tests Positive For Covid-19

TXT have cancelled their offline media showcase after an external staff member tested positive for COVID-19.

According to Big Hit Music‘s statement, TXT’s media showcase that was scheduled for today, May 31, has been cancelled due to a subcontracted staff member’s positive COVID-19 test.

We would like to inform you that there has been a change in TXT’s ‘The Chaos Chapter: Freeze’ media showcase.

A subcontracted staff member who participated in TXT’s schedule was confirmed to have a positive Covid-19 test on May 30. This will make it difficult to proceed with the offline media showcase that is scheduled for May 31.

TXT have not yet been officially asked to take a COVID-19 test by the health authorities, but preliminary testing using a COVID-19 self test kit resulted in negative results for all of the members. On May 30, the members all also took PCR tests, and we are awaiting the results.
