Actor Ji Soo Accused Of School Violence And Bullying, Agency Is Looking Into Accusations

Actor Ji Soo has been accused of committing school violence and being a bully during middle school, and his agency is currently looking into such accusations.
A post uploaded by an anonymous netizen identifying themselves as a student who attended Seorabeol Middle School with Ji Soo between 2006-2008 claimed that Ji Soo was a gangster and bully during his school years.
Actor Ji Soo is a perpetrator of school violence.
I would like to talk about the school violence committed by Ji Soo, the main actor of KBS drama River Where the Moon Rises and has appeared in various other movies and dramas. I am a classmate of his at Seorabeol Middle School from 2006-2008. Kim Ji Soo (Ji Soo’s real name) is on TV, pretending to be nice and smiling for the camera, but he is nothing but a school violence perpetrator, a gangster, and a bully.
Kim Ji Soo was bigger than other students his age at that time. In 2007, when I was in 8th grade, he was the one-top of the school and committed numerous evil acts.
His daily routine was quite organized. First, there would always be a fight between Kim Ji Soo and the other bullies. When someone in their group was feeling down, they would all come looking for me and beat me up, stomping on me and insulting me with curses.
Smoking was a given. His group of bullies never bought their cigarettes themselves. It was always the other classmates that they ordered. Also, he never waited in line to get lunch.
When food such as kimcheed radish or cherry tomatoes were served for lunch, they would target other students, flinging the food using their spoons or throwing the food. I can still vividly see their laughter amongst themselves after they see the food they threw hit me in my face or clothes. I can see your eye-smile, just like how you show it on the screen now.
The target of his food wasn’t random, and even if I was unlucky, I shouldn’t have looked at that group. The moment I met his eyes, he yelled at me ‘Ah damn, this f**ker’ and he also slapped me.
Even though Kim Ji Soo and the other bullies were in different classes, when they wanted to sit next to each other in the cafeteria, they would take away seats from students who were already eating, and sit down themselves.
In conclusion, I was bullied by Kim Ji Soo and his group of bullies in middle school until 2008.
It’s not enough to define everything just with the word bullying. Bullying, violence, intimidation, insults, and abusive language were all done. The reason this all started towards me was because one of the bullies in Kim Ji Soo’s group took away a gift certificate from student “B”, and I told that bully I would tell the police if they didn’t give it back.
This kind of behavior was against the rules of Kim Ji Soo’s crowd. Therefore, my once normal middle school life became one of horror since then. Maybe they were more careful around me, since I would report it to the police. They viciously bullied other classmates that they knew they could get away with, consistently cursing them out.

The netizen continued, stating that Ji Soo would consistently curse out other classmates and even include their parents in his curses.
He would curse others out behind their backs, and that was a basic thing for him. He would make remarks like ‘f**k you have no mother (using vulgar slang for the word mother)’ or XXX’s mother is a [curse].
Up until just a few days before this happened, I was friend with them, playing soccer and basketball together.
His group of bullies would shout out to the whole school that anyone who talks to me or hangs out with me would be dead. Since then, I didn’t even receive a greeting from my classmates.
His subordinates would swear at me through the window to our class at least 10 times during our breaks.
I couldn’t go anywhere except the classroom where the students who were experiencing the same thing as me went. Not the hallway, bathroom, or the cafeteria. When I ran into him in the stairwell, I would be driven into a corner and have to hear his abusive language.
‘You f**king tattletale’
‘student A is so pitiful. I got bit by this b***h.’
‘you have no mom? You have a lot of pride for that, so thoughtless.’
I’m used to hearing things like that behind my back, or being hit on the back of my head.
Even if you just chance upon Kim Ji Soo or one of the bullies in his group, you would get bullied like this, and it was even more dangerous in the cafeteria. I was so scared to be near them, in 9th grade, my friend and I would eat our cup ramyun for lunch behind the classroom television.
I also remember our 9th grade ball game. Our class was playing against two members of Kim Ji Soo’s bully group, and all of the 9th graders booed at us and cursed at us through their windows and on the playground.
The sound of everyone booing at us… was really horrible.
At that time, I was playing goalkeeper, and tbe bullies were sitting on a nearby bench on the side, cursing at me loud enough that I could hear them.
‘Hey puppy, if you block the ball, you’re dead. Block it if you want to die. You f**king b***h.’
Kim Ji Soo would also carry a BB Gun to shoot other students. He would be taking the bus to school, sit in the back, and would open the window and shoot at other students who were heading to school, all while smiling his unique smile.
What I wrote only summarizes what I’ve been through personally. There are so many people who have been victims of school violence because of him. I wanted to share more, but I didn’t as I don’t want to harm them.
My case is actually not as bad as others, who were more hurt than me.
I had a lot of worries writing about Ji Soo, who has a big agency and is a popular actor. But I find it repulsive that a perpetrator of school violence, bullying and scaring people in such a vicious manner, is now pretending to be good and living off the popularity that comes with.
Whenever I happened to chance upon an article or interview about him, I just laugh. He must have amnesia if he can so easily forget about his past.
I don’t want an apology or restitution. It’s already happened, I don’t want an apology for something irreversible. I don’t think it would be sincere either. There’s one thing I want.
Kim Ji Soo. If you want to act, do it. But if you do, you need the title of school violence perpetrator before your name. The memories of so many people you’ve bullied, like me, will never be forgotten. Pretending to be nice and kind and a good person. I can’t bear seeing it.
Only act on the screen.
