The ’97 liners are an iconic squad in K-Pop consisting of male idols who were born in 1997 from some of the biggest groups. According to GOT7‘s BamBam and Yugyeom, the group was formed after BTS‘s Jungkook and Yugyeom, who are good friends, decided to bring in all the ’97 liners and create one big group chat. The group includes Jungkook, Yugyeom, BamBam, SEVENTEEN‘s Mingyu, The8 and DK, ASTRO‘s Cha Eunwoo, and NCT‘s Jaehyun.

Not only is it cute that the ’97 liners bought Yugyeom a bracelet for his birthday, but it is impressive too. According to a fan on YouTube, the Cartier bracelet costs a whopping $7000-9000 dollars!
It’s sweet that their friendship clearly means a lot to all of them, not only because Jungkook, Mingyu, Jaehyun and Eunwoo went out of their way to buy Yugyeom something special, but because Yugyeom also considers this to be one of his precious personal possessions. We are definitely here for the ’97 liner friendship, and we can’t wait to see more!
