As Bae discussed candy, she censored the brand name for Skittles, saying that she didn’t like them. How she censored “Skittles” read similarly to how Stray Kids’ name is shortened in Korean, leading Bae to quickly clarify that she was not referring to Stray Kids in any way while praising her sunbaes.

- After sending it I thought something was off!!!

- Not what I meant!
- Skiz sunbaenims’ new song is so good.

The adorable messages went viral, as netizens reacted to the humorous series of events.
While participating in the “K-Profile” segment of The K-Star Next Door, where Jonathan asks the members about trending keywords or phrases associated with the group, Bae was asked about the messages.
Jonathan began by jokingly asking Bae, “You criticized your senior?,” to which the NMIXX members seemed to know exactly what he was referring to as they burst out laughing.

As the “K-Profile” segment is meant to be comedic in nature, Jonathan jokingly questioned Bae’s innocence.
Through his questioning, he and the NMIXX members revealed the process idols go through to post on Bubble. The members revealed that before an idol can officially post a message or media on the app, they are required to confirm three times that they intend to post it.
