(G)I-DLE took fans by surprise when they emerged as blondes for their upcoming single, “Nxde.” In the Sketch Film for their 5th Mini Album I Love, the members took it a step further and shocked netizens with their nude photoshoot concept.

In a board meeting to present her concept ideas, she revealed the main message is a quote popularized by Kurt Cobain of Nirvana: “I’d rather be hated for who I am than loved for who I am not. “

I was inspired by Marilyn Monroe. As you all know, she was famous for being sexually attractive and had a ‘dumb blonde’ image, but I heard she was actually very smart. She liked reading very much, too.
