Traffic was much worse for commuters this morning in a section of Gangnam due to Kim Sae Ron crashing into an electrical transformer while driving under the influence rendering a signal light useless.
According to a report by My Daily, there have been major delays for commuters on the morning of May 18.
The report stated that despite emergency maintenance performed on the transformer, a traffic light is currently out of service.

Kim Sae Ron is currently being investigated by police for driving under the influence. It has been reported the actress refused a breathalyzer test and requested a blood test. According to Kim Sae Ron’s agency Gold Medalist, the label is currently verifying the situation.
