Birthday? No. BTS‘s Jin celebrates a whole “birthmonth!”
On December 4th, Jin turned 29. He kicked off his birthday celebrations on December 2nd, during BTS’s final PERMISSION TO DANCE ON STAGE concert in Los Angeles. Here, fans surprised Jin with their #MoonForJinLA project, raising hearts with Jin’s name in the air.
The next day, Jin returned to Korea with Jimin and Jungkook, and all three began their mandatory 10-day quarantine. As such, Jin wasn’t able to go out and celebrate his special day right away.
Like the rest of his members, Jin did what he could to entertain himself (and fans) during quarantine, such as cooking delicious meals. Now that he is free to roam, Jin is making up for lost time.
On Instagram, Jin’s close friend, Chef Lee Yeon Bok shared photos from their latest hangout. In the caption, Lee Yeon Bok wrote, “It’s late, but happy birthday Seokjin!”
“Thank you for coming over as soon as your quarantine ended Seokjinnie.”
These food-lovers met on Please Take Care Of My Refrigerator back in 2017, and they have stayed close friends ever since!
Whenever he has time, he asks, ‘Chef-nim~can you make me something yummy~’ and comes over to visit. When he comes alone he eats a lot and chats a lot, and is always full of affection.
