K-Pop idols always have strict schedules, from rehearsals, variety shows and performances. Artists are also expected to keep in shape to maintain this look of perfection that’s fans expect. Despite high-energy performances, many of them will still go to the gym to maintain their physique.
In a recent video for AYO, trainers Kim Dae Hyun and Lee Seok Jun sat down and discussed everything from training with some of the biggest idols.

The trainers explained that they worked with many idols during his career. Yet, one of the idols that both trainers worked with is ASTRO‘s Cha Eunwoo!
During the video, Kim Dae Hyun explained that he had worked with the idol both before and after his debut with ASTRO in 2016.

As expected, they had nothing but positive words about the way he looks, which is not surprising considering that he is seen as one of the top visuals in K-Pop.
He has a small and pretty face. He’s tall and has a big build, so his body has masculine beauty. When I look in the mirror next to him, I feel depressed.

Kim Dae Hyun also added that Eunwoo had these stunning visuals, even when he was a trainee and had a face that “Was ready to be popular.”
Fellow trainer Lee Seok Jun also had similar thoughts to Kim Dae Hyun regarding Eunwoo’s visuals. Yet, he also couldn’t help but praise his physique.
He looks even more gorgeous with his nice body, so I think that’s why he takes care of his body a lot. If I had his face, I would never exercise.

Since debuting, like most idols, Eunwoo’s visuals have developed over time, maturing as he gets older. In particular, many fans have noticed the change in Eunwoo’s physique at different stages in his career.
Yet, as it seems to be the norm with Eunwoo, the trainer couldnt help but praise Eunwoo for his personality as well. In particular, Kim Dae Hyun didn’t have enough kind words to say about his work ethic.
