As the host of Yuri’s Winning Recipe, Girls’ Generation‘s Yuri was asked to rank the cooking skills of her fellow members. She revealed that her previous rankings had changed and shared which members were the best and not-so-great cooks of the group.
8. Hyoyeon
Yuri already had the last place saved for Hyoyeon. After making the staff laugh with her quick response, Yuri joked, “I have never seen her cooking. Hyoyeon ate her cooking skill with her cereal.”
On the other hand, Yuri noted how much Hyoyeon enjoys food. She added, “She really loves convenience store food, but she really does eat well.”

7. Tiffany
Taking the second to last spot, Yuri chose Tiffany for a similar reason as Hyoyeon.
Though Yuri could picture Tiffany making something tasty, it hadn’t become a reality just yet. Yuri admitted, “I think she would cook well…but I have never seen her cook.”

6. Taeyeon
Although Yuri didn’t give an explanation why, she ranked Taeyeon’s cooking skills as sixth place.

Since Tiffany once said the best thing Taeyeon could cook was “cereal,” it makes sense that Taeyeon has improved since then. Taeyeon even cooked a meal for her staff, which her mother praised her for being delicious.

5-4. Seohyun And Sunny
For fifth and fourth places, Yuri didn’t clarify which spots Seohyun and Sunny earned. From ranking in the middle, they seem able to whip up some tasty dishes.

3. Sooyoung
Although the show’s PD thought Sooyoung would rank in the bottom, Yuri revealed, “She has completely upgraded her skills.” Yuri even used the time Sooyoung forgot to put anchovies in her anchovy pasta to show how far she’s come.
Yuri revealed that Sooyoung recently cooked grilled Deodeok that was so tasty she had to know how to make it herself. Yuri said, “…it was so good that I got her recipe right away. Her grilled Deodeok was very well seasoned.”

As the host of her own cooking show that’s now airing on television, Yuri ranked herself second best.
1. Yoona
Taking the top spot, Yuri handed the crown over to Yoona as the group’s best cook.
From the photos that Yoona shares of the food she makes, it’s no wonder she’d be the best cook. Who else could turn simple lemon bread into a fancy dish with fresh lemon slices and beautiful glaze?
