TREASURE’s Junghwan Has Tested Positive For Covid-19

TREASURE‘s Junghwan has become the second member of the group to test positive for Covid-19 following Doyoung‘s positive diagnosis back on July 13.

YG Entertainment made the announcement to media outlets.

TREASURE member So Junghwan was confirmed to have Covid-19 today, July 16.

The other TREASURE members and staff members all tested negative since Doyoung’s positive test on July 13. We have conducted additional tests since then, and they are negative.

So Junghwan initially tested negative, but while he was self-isolating and monitoring his health with self-tests, he tested positive. His positive diagnosis was confirmed through a PCR test.

Our company’s priority is the health and safety of our artists and employees through providing preemptive safety measures and support and cooperate with local health authorities and their guidelines.
