Today, Run BTS! returned after a short hiatus with Episode 142. This special cooking episode co-starred chef Baek Jong Won, who previously guested on the show. BTS was split into two teams to dish up delicious meals.
Towards the end of the episode, Chef Baek brought up Jin‘s food allergies by asking which member is allergic to garlic. Jin is allergic to garlic, but he less allergic to garlic than he is to potatoes.

In the past, V revealed that he has cholinergic urticaria, hives that are triggered by the heat, but he has no food allergies. Or does he? “I’m allergic to beans,” he told Chef Baek.

Jungkook shut this nonsense down immediately. “What? You are not allergic to beans,” he said. “You are just picky.”

V said that he can’t eat food with full beans in it, but he can eat tofu, beansprouts, and beans that are cut in half. “He’s not allergic. He’s picky,” Jungkook said again, and RM added that V’s “allergy” is actually a preference. He doesn’t like the texture of beans.

No matter how V protested, Jungkook insisted that he was just a picky eater.
