BTS’s RM Shares How “Friends” Impacted His Life In “Friends: The Reunion”

BTS made a cameo appearance on Friends: The Reunion, also known as The One Where They Get Back Together, a 2021 reunion special of the beloved American sitcom series Friends.

When ARMYs first heard of the announcement that BTS would be guests during the special, they hoped that the members would be acting in roles. Director of the special, Ben Winston, later clarified that they would appear in a short interview.

Regardless of the size of their role in the special, knowing that BTS, especially RM, has been a fan of the series for so long, it’s a big deal! In the aired interview, RM shared how Friends impacted him for the better, including teaching him important life skills.

My mom bought me the DVDs of the whole series when I was in elementary school. Friends really had a big hand in teaching me English, and the show really taught me the things about life and true friendship.
