Goo Hye Sun shared a post on her personal Instagram account, saying that she has forgiven Ahn Jae Hyun and the public should as well.
In her post, she shared some details about how she was unable to fully understand how he felt, and that she doesn’t wish to bring him any more harm.
Since I married with more conservative ethical ideals, I wasn’t able to understand other the other person’s (Ahn Jae Hyun) views with an open mind last year. That was when I felt strong feelings of betrayal due to personal reasons.
Now that I think about it, my actions were based on my emotions from that time, which is even more embarrassing that what transpired itself. Because of what happened, I didn’t want to talk about it again, and I didn’t want it to resurface.
However, the reason that I am writing this post is that I don’t want my friends to be harmed anymore. I have friends, and as their friend, it is my duty to protect them. I mentioned on a recent broadcast that I don’t have celebrity friends, and I prefer to keep them private. I don’t want that friend to be hurt because of me. I am sincerely thankful to that friend.
I have already forgiven everything. I’m positive that all of the things I went through were to help me grow as a person. Please encourage the person who stayed with me during his new chapter. The past is the past. Even though I wasn’t able to, please embrace him, even through his mistakes.
