Min Hee Jin Asserts That NewJeans’ Comeback Will Not “Suffer” Because Of HYBE
In the document, one of the points referred to claims that HYBE doesn’t value NewJeans and the timing of everything going on with the group’s comeback.

“Min Hee Jin’s side initiated attacking the company via email around the time of NewJeans’ comeback. Records obtained through forensics contain instructions from Min since April to prepare for a publicity campaign and records indicating efforts to create noise to harass the company. We in turn, would like to ask whether or not she thought that putting pressure on the company at this time, would make us accept her request, which is unreasonable at this point.”

HYBE’s statement then shared they believe it’s Min Hee Jin who is using NewJeans as “leverage” in their threats and that any refusal of compensation shows the intent of using it to “end the relationship.” They also shared that HYBE has “accommodated” Min Hee Jin’s demands but seemed to be a process for “takeover,” so the audit had to be done regardless of the timing.
