Netflix Actress Shocks With Her Cosmetic Procedure

Netflix‘s spin-off of the To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before franchise, adapted from Jenny Han‘s novels, premiered last year. It focused on Lara Jean’s (Lana Condor) little sister Kitty (Anna Cathcart) and her self-discovery journey in Seoul, South Korea.

Lead actress Anna Cathcart has always been adorable, and her teeth have also been a noticeable, unique feature of hers. While upon first glance, it may appear she had some gaps in between her teeth, it’s actually the case that she had lateral incisors missing. They are the second most commonly missing teeth, affecting about 2% of the population.

Dentists even weighed in on the actress’ teeth, as the show was a hot topic. If Anna Cathcart wanted to “fix” her smile, she would need braces. She would then be able to get implants for the missing teeth.

Yet, some were pleasantly surprised to see an actress in a starring role with a smile that’s not “perfect.” One dentist also noted it was smart of her and her dentist not to proceed with a procedure until she was older, as she was still a teenager when XO, Kitty premiered.
