3rd Gen K-Pop Idol Earns Praise For His “Affordable” Concert Tickets

Concert tickets are continuing to go up in price, much to K-Pop fans’ dismay, as their favorite groups and idols tour worldwide. Yet, one K-Pop idol surprised his fans recently with his unexpectedly “affordable” tickets.
MONSTA X rapper I.M recently made his solo comeback with his third EP Off The Beat. It includes six tracks, including “LURE,” “Bust it,” “X0,” “Skyline,” “MMI,” and “nbdy.”
Now, I.M is embarking on his first-ever solo headline tour, 2020 ‘Off The Beat’ World Tour, kicking off in Seoul. He will tour European and North American cities before concluding the tour in Asia.

For most stops, the general admission costs around $50 USD, while VIP tickets, which include soundcheck and send-off, are around $100 USD. Netizens were pleasantly surprised by the affordable prices, considering more and more artists’ concert ticket prices continually increased.

I.M’s affordable tickets aren’t the only thing earning him praise. Portions of the ticket sales for I.M’s Boston, MA, show will go to charity The Shout Syndicate. I.M lived in Boston for three years, so it’ll be a special concert.
