The news came on the same day that it was reported that HYBE had found evidence that Min Hee Jin was attempting for Ador to leave HYBE.

Currently, Ador is a subsidiary of HYBE, with the K-Pop conglomerate owning 80% of the label, while Min Hee Jin and Ador’s current board of executives own 20%.
According to the report, HYBE has demanded Ador hold an official shareholder meeting to reprimand Min Hee Jin and the label’s executives for attempting to separate Ador from HYBE.
