TWICE’s Jihyo Reveals Her Height Changed Recently And There’s Only One Possible Cause

In the K-Pop industry, two factors that are always highly discussed are an idol’s weight and height. Although the former can always change, the latter usually doesn’t. Quite unexpectedly, however, TWICE‘s Jihyo recently grew taller!

In an episode of “2WICE’s DATE” with member Chaeyoung, the TWICE leader excitedly told her that she went for a health check not too long ago and learned that her height is now 162cm. She was previously 160cm, surprising the younger member.

The “Killin’ Me Good” singer joked that she was now leaving the side of TWICE with the shorter members, causing Chaeyoung, who is around the same height as her, to laugh.

While reflecting, the 1999-liner guessed that the secret behind the sudden growth is pilates.

“Pilates helps find that hidden height,” she cheekily said. Upon hearing that, Jihyo excitedly invited her to try it as well.

At 27 years old, Jihyo has already passed the common growth spurt of a woman. If Chaeyoung’s guess is right, it just goes to show that exercise does wonders for the body!
