An Iconic Pre-Debut Picture Of RIIZE’s Sungchan Has People Asking If K-Pop Idols Are Really Human

Visuals have become seemingly increasingly important in the K-Pop industry, with pretty much every debuting idol being far above average when it comes to their appearance. Of course, musical abilities are still important too, but it’s almost intimidating how gorgeous the average K-Pop idol is these days!

And recently, a pre-debut picture of the tall and handsome Sungchan of RIIZE has been gaining attention online because of just how much he stands out in a crowd even back then.

Sungchan is the second-tallest member of RIIZE at 185cm (about 6’1″ tall), and has great proportions to go with his height. Of course, he’s just a very handsome guy to begin with, so all of this together makes him a stunner even among K-Pop idols!

The pre-debut picture (it’s argued whether this was before he debuted in NCT or between his debut with NCT and RIIZE) shows Sungchan in a busy street, walking casually in an all-black outfit. Despite the casual clothes and low-quality nature of the image, though, his height and build stand out among those around him.

The picture has led to some fans asking if K-Pop idols are really human, given how otherworldly Sungchan’s visuals are!
