Physical: 100 season two has started, and the first ever idol contestant on the show promoted his group and the K-Pop industry right until the end.

When the announcements of the lineup were shared online, there was a special post for the “celebrity” contestants.

That was where netizens noticed a familiar face in K-Pop idol Golden Child‘s Jangjun.

In the first episode, Jangjun made his presence clear from the start. As he made his entrance, Jangjun was clear with his introduction, saying he was a member of Golden Child.

After realizing he was an idol, even the other competitors were shocked by his physique.

From the very beginning, netizens loved how he was repping his group and being an idol. Along with mentioning his group, netizens noticed something about the bold shirt he wore during his introduction.

Eagle-eyed Goldenness (Golden Child’s fans) realized that Jangjun wore a sleeveless shirt that he also rocked during the promotions for the song “Ra Pam Pam.”

In the first episode, he really shined, coming 15th out of 50 in the stamina challenge and then 20th in the next challenge.

When he was chosen for the strength challenge in episode two, he gave a proper introduction, explaining that he was the main rapper in Golden Child. It was never going to be easy as he was facing former firefighter Hong Beom Seok, who also appeared in the first series.

Jangjun used his introduction to explain that people thought of idols as “frail individuals,” but he wanted to show how much stamina they have through the choreography they do. There were even clips of Golden Child practicing, and he explained that they could start rehearsing and dancing in the morning and keep dancing until the next morning.

During the match, Jangjun put up a huge fight against Hong Beom Seok…

When he lost, suddenly, all the contestants couldn’t stop praising him.
