Actor Ryu Jun Yeol has made his first official appearance since his dating controversy with Han So Hee.

After the news was confirmed, Dispatch released photos of the duo’s date in Hawaii.

Ryu Jun Yeol’s first public appearance was at Incheon Airport after returning from his holiday in Hawaii. In the photos, the actor had his face covered, and it contrasted with Han So Hee’s arrival back to Korea.

Despite the controversy, Ryu Jun Yeol’s agency confirmed he would be attending a fashion event in Seoul, and it was for the brand Ralph Lauren.

On March 19, the actor made an appearance at the Ralph Lauren Spring 2024 Presentation event in Seoul. Arriving in front of the media, Ryu Jun Yeol’s expression was very neutral and he seemed to rush to get to the wall where he was taking his photos.

The photos also showcased his quite neutral facial expressions while having his photos taken with the press. While it might not be as rare for Ryu Jun Yeol, it seemingly contrasted with the other stars, who all smiled and looked positive.

When photos were posted, netizens were highly critical of the appearance, considering the hate and controversy that had been public since the announcement was made, especially to Han So Hee and Hyeri. In particular, with news that Han So Hee was dropped by a brand, they found it unfair that Ryu Jun Yeol was seemingly not impacted at all.
