These 15 K-Pop Artists Alone Make Up Over 85% Of 2021’s Album Sales So Far

Oftentimes in the K-Pop industry, the majority of the albums sold at any period of time is dominated by a couple of popular artists. For the month of January 2021, 15 artists alone contributed to over 85% of the total K-Pop albums sold in the month!

While most of these albums were, understandably, released in January, others came out late last year and are still making high sales despite the time that has passed.

These are the 15 K-Pop artists that made the majority of album sales in January, including their best-selling album in the month. This album by no means makes up the total albums each of them sold, as their previous albums are likely continuing to make smaller amounts of sales as well, but they do make up the majority!

15. Stray Kids

So far in 2021, Stray Kids has contributed to 1.1% of all K-Pop album sales. Their latest album to be released was In Life, which came out on September 14, 2020 and sold 4.4k units in January, and 348.5k units total.

14. TXT

13. MCND
