Top Celebrity’s Ex-Husband Outs Her For Leaving Sick Son Alone To Go To A Party

KBS announcers Park Ji Yoon and Choi Dong Seok were married for 14 years, between 2009 and 2023. They sought a divorce in 2023, surprising fans with the sudden news.

Their discord continues into 2024. On February 6, 2024, Choi uploaded an Instagram post that seemed to attack his ex-wife. He claimed that she left him with no choice as she had blocked his number. According to Choi, Park Ji Yoon had left their sick son alone that weekend, only to go out drinking.

A few days ago, Yi An(their son) contacted me. Since his birthday was coming up, we promised that he would spend time with me on Friday, and go back to his mom on Saturday. Seems like he wanted to spend his birthday with his mother. Thankfully, I managed to get my kids over to my house for the first time [since the divorce] a few weeks ago, as the judge overseeing our custody deemed that I’ve not been able to see them properly for months. I spent a dreamlike time with them. After that, [my ex-wife] told me that I would be able to see the kids by contacting my son directly. I was surprised, but also thankful.

When Yi An came to my house, he was coughing severely. He said that he went to the hospital with his mom the day before. Anyway, during the time that was not even the full 2D1N, I played games with Yi An, and we ate delicious food, and spent a good time together. Although I felt that it was a pity, I sent him back home on Saturday afternoon in hopes that he would spend a good birthday with his mom on Sunday. But on Sunday morning, I saw a comment on social media saying that they had spotted my ex-wife at the airport. I thought, maybe she went to Seoul or something. But something was fishy.

Choi continued to explain that he searched social media, and found photos of his ex-wife at a party. She was holding a wine glass, and seemed to be enjoying herself. What was suspicious was that Park Ji Yoon’s personal Instagram only showed that she was at home, eating vitamins with their daughter. According to Choi, Park made it seem like she was with the kids at home, when tagged photos showed otherwise. Choi continued to complain that Park did not make it home the next morning and was late getting in. He questioned if Park needed to be at that party, and if she did, she could have left the kids with himself instead of leaving them alone at home or with a sitter.

Choi and Park were both colleagues at KBS. They have a son and a daughter between them.
