Korean Netizens Are Going Crazy Over 5th Generation Idol’s Impressive Broad Shoulders

If there’s one thing netizens appreciate when looking at a K-Pop idol’s performances, it’s their physique. Even better if said physique has anything to do with massive broad shoulders. BTS‘s Jin has been one of the many stars that has constantly enjoyed attention for his impressive shoulders — with the star going viral almost every other day.

It seems like the new generation of K-Pop is in good hands too, as a certain 5th-generation idol is now enjoying similar attention.

RIIZE‘s Anton has long been popular for being an ex-professional swimmer. The SM Entertainment rookie has been in many headlines regarding his past life in the United States, among other things. Today, Anton has left Korean netizens speechless with his physique during RIIZE’s most recent performance.

The boy group performed in Japan earlier today as part of the star-studded lineup for the GMO SONIC festival. They performed many of their hits, including “Get A Guitar” and “Love 119” — and while their performances were amazing, it’s Anton that’s on everybody’s mind right now.

The maknae of the group appeared on stage with a mission to end us all, wearing a red cardigan that not only made him look as handsome as ever but also emphasized his massive “swimmer” shoulders.

Not only did multiple videos of him performing at the festival go viral — garnering hundreds and thousands of likes — but there were multiple community posts written about him, too. On TheQoo alone, there are two posts mentioning his physique that are enjoying over 20,000 views and still gaining by the minute. So, Anton’s broad shoulders are definitely a hot topic.

Korean netizens didn’t forget to also praise his performance and other aspects of his look though — with the star’s newly dyed black hair also becoming a praise-worthy feature.

Thanks to RIIZE’s costume change, we were able to witness Anton in another look, too. This time, he appeared wearing all-black as if to further emphasize how good he looks in it. The star wore a plain black tee, jeans, and a varsity jacket that pointed out his broad shoulders in contrast to his small waist.
