1. Jungwon

According to his schoolmate, Jungwon was popular in school.

I don’t know if I can tell you guys this, and I’m doubting myself, but even so, as someone who liked Jungwon during middle school… It’s nothing but I hope that my post can be even of a tiny help to him and how people view him. Firstly, Jungwon was very kind, and very polite. He was handsome and so many people liked him! You know how when guys know they’re handsome, they tend to show off a little or easily judge people on their looks? Jungwon had none of that bravado and didn’t act cool. I remember him as a very genuine person. And there was once where we had to do a group project together. There was a boy who didn’t participate and just played around with the friends next to him. After Jungwon sort of coldly looked at him silently, he got scared and began participating a little after that. Of course, Jungwon probably wouldn’t remember all of this. I liked that upright side of him too. Of course, there were kids who would confess to him from time to time, so I quickly moved on after seeing them being rejected, LOL. But he was really cool for a middle schooler. Not just as a someone I was interested in romantically, but just as a person, he’s someone with much to learn from.

2. Sunghoon

The ice prince was also just as princely in school. A fellow skater told fans about Sunghoon.

When I just started skating, I was a little older than most of the kids, so I couldn’t get along with the other kids who were renting out the rink the same time as me. I tried to approach the other kids and prepared some snacks to give out, but I don’t know if the moms had said something, but the kids didn’t take them. So I was just tidying up and putting the snacks in my bag when Sunghoon said, “I… I can eat them though…” and took them. Seeing that, the other kids also came to take the snacks one by one.

Although Sunghoon didn’t rush to approach me, thanks to him slightly reaching his hand out, I think the other kids also approached me.

3. Sunoo

A classmate of Sunoo’s in his first year of school told a story of Sunoo’s school days. They posted it on an anonymous group chat for ENHYPEN fans.

I was in the same class as Kim Sunoo during his first year. When girl group songs were played during lunch, he would dance them in a corner of the classroom. He was friendly with almost everyone, and he was also the class rep. School violence? Not even a single bit. He actually stopped kids from fighting. And he was someone who looked the happiest when he was eating.

4. Jake

Jake grew up in Australia. Fans collected a bunch of information about him from various sources.

• He was the only son of a well-off family.
• He had Instagram and Snapchat.
• He didn’t tell his friends when he auditioned.

• He was the left centerback in football.
• He was a little introverted but fun.

5. Heeseung

Heeseung was also remembered as a kind and handsome friend.

I graduated from the same school as him. He’s really kind, and when you see him IRL, he had the Jungkook vibe. His IRL visuals are really much, much, much more handsome than on broadcast. His face is really small and he’s so skinny that you feel like you want to protect him. He got rid of all his social media, so I realized he was coming out on I-LAND. Anyway, I can’t remember anything else other than how kind he was, so I hope he hits big.

6. Jay

Jay’s classmate accepted questions about him online. Someone asked if he was the type to be fake. Especially during I-LAND, Jay received hate due to some not believing that he was being genuine.

No, he really isn’t… Even the Jongseong you see now is totally not fake, and he’s just showing who he really is. His personality is like that originally.  He does everything you ask, so on the day he transferred to our school, the kids asked him to moonwalk so he hid.

7. Niki

Last but not least, the baby of the group. Niki debuted at a truly young age in his early teens. As a result, he was not in school long enough for schoolmates to really get to know him. Instead, he has plentiful pre-debut material from his dance team days. The star was active in the scene from a young age due to his talent and passion for dance.
