How Beyoncé Consoled CL During The Hardest Part Of Her Life

CL is a huge queen both in and out of Korea! With her jaw-dropping music, her incredible charisma, her moving music, and stunning visuals, CL makes huge waves no matter what she does. Her amazing talent is what allowed her to meet some very cool people.

During her guest appearance on Knowing Bros, CL talked about her success and life in the United States. For one, CL talked about her time working with Scooter Braun.

While she is no longer working with him, back in 2014, CL signed a management contract with Scooter Braun, who also previously managed mega-star artists such as Justin Bieber and Ariana Grande. According to CL, several artists under the same management as her at the time treated her well. 

Bieber and Ariana are the same agency. Because we have the same manager. He takes good care of me when I go to America.

Since she was surrounded by several amazing artists in the U.S., CL shared she was easily able to make friends with them. CL listed Justin Bieber, Ariana Grande, Rihanna, Beyoncé, and Kanye West as some of the amazing celebrities she grew a friendship with.

When asked about her friendship with Beyoncé , CL revealed a sweet moment the two shared. CL explained it was during a rather difficult time in her life and how Beyoncé was there to comfort her.

It occurred when Beyoncé was starting up her clothing line and requested that CL be a model for it. Because of the struggles she was going through, CL commented that Beyoncé asking her to model her brand was a huge comfort for her.

When Beyoncé was starting up her brand, she asked me to come be a model for the line. I was kind of going through something emotionally and it the hardest time of my life back then. The fact that she invited me was a big comfort.

Cl clarified that her friendship with Beyoncé is more than business and that she hopes to be as sweet of a person as Beyoncé is.

It was more comforting to talk about how nice the weather is today. That’s when I thought I really wanted to be that kind of person.
