BTS‘s Jungkook continues to make history!

His debut solo single “Seven (ft. Latto) (Explicit Version)” broke the record for the fastest song in Spotify history to surpass one billion streams.

It took only 108 days to do so, four days faster than Miley Cyrus‘ record of 112 days with “Flowers.”

This week alone, the former earned 39,084,697 streams.

Of course, this means Jungkook also broke the record for the K-Pop songs that reached one billion streams fastest on Spotify. He beat his own group’s songs, “Dynamite” and “Butter.”

Fans took to Twitter to congratulate the K-Pop star on his achievement. They trended the hashtags #SevenFastest1Billion and #JungkookBillionsClub to express their pride in their bias.

“Seven” was released in Spotify on July 14, 2023. Check out the full music video below!
