Fans Celebrate The Fifth Debut Anniversary Of Fourth Generation K-Pop Legends ATEEZ

On October 24, 2018, KQ Entertainment debuted a promising new boy group with eight talented members eager to make an impact in the K-Pop industry.

With a unique pirate concept and the impressive debut song “Pirate King”, ATEEZ may have started as a small, relatively unknown artist from an equally small and unknown label. But now, five years later, they have become one of the most successful boy groups of the fourth generation of K-Pop despite their humble beginnings.

They’ve shown an enormous amount of growth over this last half-decade, surpassing the million album sales mark with two of their recent albums — The World EP.1: MOVEMENT and The World EP.2: OUTLAW — which is virtually unheard of for non-“Big Four” K-Pop boy groups.

They’ve won numerous awards — including 18 music show awards — are the most-winning K-Pop group on Immortal Songs, and have received praise and admiration from some of the biggest legends in Korean entertainment such as PSY, Kim Jong Kook, and Lia Kim.

They’ve also proven their popularity on an international scale, going on multiple successful world tours!
