As the third youngest member of TWICE, Dahyun is part of the group’s maknae line, but that doesn’t stop her from acting like an unnie and being affectionate towards those younger than her!
In a 2018 radio show appearance, TWICE was asked to describe a moment when each member was at their most lovable. Sana‘s answer revealed a lot about Dahyun’s caring nature towards Tzuyu and Chaeyoung.
Dahyun is most lovable when she pretends to act as an unnie to the younger ones.

Jihyo excitedly agreed with Sana and backed up her story: “I saw Dahyun, Tzuyu, and Chaeyoung conversing, and Dahyun always refers to herself as unnie”.
Calling Dahyun “really cute”, Jihyo gave an example of the kind of thing she likes telling them: “Compared to you, unnie eats more than you!”
Nayeon said what was on everyone’s minds at that time—Dahyun still calls herself unnie when her age gap with Tzuyu and Chaeyoung is only one year!
When the radio host asked Dahyun to reenact her way of speaking to Tzuyu and Chaeyoung, she happily obliged: “This unnie eats a lot right…”
Despite her young age, Dahyun looks after her members well!
