According to a statement by Cha’s agency on October 11, she is set to marry her non-celebrity boyfriend on October 27 in Seoul. The couple reportedly developed their relationship from being long-time friends to lovers!

The husband-to-be of the 43-year-old actress is reportedly a businessman who is two years younger than her. Given he is a non-celebrity, the ceremony will be kept private.

A few years ago, the actress talked about her take on dating and marriage during an interview with JTBC, saying that she always dreamt about love with an open heart. “I’m still young, so I’m waiting for destiny,” she added.
