Actor Nam Joo Hyuk Goes Viral For Covering NewJeans’ “Super Shy” While In The Military

If you haven’t seen actor Nam Joo Hyuk in a while, it’s because he is busy currently fulfilling his mandatory military service. He enlisted in March and has since garnered attention for his physical transformation.

Nam Joo Hyuk has been emceeing the Ground Forces Festival (also known as 2023 Army Fest). It’s featured many outstanding performances by even K-Pop idols who are currently serving in the army.

Fans wanted to see Nam Joo Hyuk perform, too. So, MONSTA X‘s Minhyuk attempted to teach him the choreography for NewJeans‘ “Super Shy.”

While Nam Joo Hyuk technically did not complete his dance cover of “Super Shy” because he really was “super shy.” Still, the video went viral with 2.5M views at the time of writing.
