When the cast of The Manager asked what she eats, Seohyun confirmed that she doesn’t consume “spicy or salty food.” She then showed what she typically eats in a day.
Since Seohyun had a photo shoot that day, drinking soy milk was her breakfast. Fortunately, her lunch was much more filling.
Seohyun didn’t hold back in eating the rice, steak, lobster, vegetables, and fruit that was prepared. She revealed that she always eats one big meal daily and doesn’t limit herself.
Since she no longer has a taste for sweets, Seohyun eats rosé tteokbokki as her treat meal.
Rather than restricting herself to only one food, Seohyun eats various things to gain nutrients and build her muscles in a healthy way.
