Korean netizens reacted to reports stating BLACKPINK‘s Jennie and Jisoo would be departing YG Entertainment.

On September 25, News1 reported that BLACKPINK members Jennie and Jisoo had begun the process of establishing their own individual agencies.

According to the report, the members are currently still negotiating a contract with YG Entertainment for BLACKPINK’s group promotions, but their individual agencies would be handling the members’ solo promotions.

After the reports were published, YG Entertainment quickly responded by stating that nothing had been confirmed in regards to BLACKPINK members’ future with the label.

There is nothing confirmed regarding the contract renewal and future activities for BLACKPINK.
