According to the girls, it is strictly forbidden to call back if you are the one who disconnected in the first place.

If it’s the idol experiencing problems, however, then they will call you back.

If it’s disconnected because of bad reception, or the screen froze and you can only hear them say ‘hello’ and they can’t hear you at all, then they hang up first and call back.
