Poster for Unanswered Questions | SBSOn August 19, SBS’s Unanswered Question released its investigative findings regarding FIFTY FIFTY’s legal dispute with ATTRAKT.
FIFTY FIFTY | ATTRAKTAudiences were surprised when rather than investigate from an objective point of view, the episode portrayed FIFTY FIFTY members as victims by ignoring and sometimes even manipulating facts.
SBSIn the episode, ATTRAKT revealed that although ₩8.00 billion KRW (about $5.97 million USD) went into the group, the members would be eligible for payment after generating just 30000000000[/krw[ in revenue.
Despite this, the members and their families were shown alleging the accounting wasn’t transparent without offering why or what qualms they had with the accounting. The show’s producers also failed to question the family about the group members’ seemingly orchestrated exit with copyright filings.
Also shocking viewers were the fact that the show had failed to interview The Givers‘ Ahn Sung Il because he had a dentist appointment. The show also ignored revelations stating Ahn Sung Il had lied about his academic background, career accomplishments, and professional qualifications.
