Meet Toco, a mysterious Japanese man who commissioned local sculpture company, Zeppet, to make him a collie dog suit in 2022. The realistic looking costume took 40 days to make and cost roughly two million yen ($15,700 USD).

In fact, it was on one of these walks where Toco found new packmates. While being interviewed by a German TV station, he excitedly met real canines who were out with their owners.
