“Plastic Surgery Idol” Spent Over $90,000 To Become Beautiful

Plastic surgery is often a hotly discussed topic, though more and more celebrities have admitted to getting work done. Many believe there is nothing wrong with someone choosing to change their looks, but often balk at more extreme cases like Cherri Lee, the woman who has spent over 60 thousand dollars to look like Kim Kardashian.

Another extreme plastic surgery case is the self-called “Plastic Surgery Idol,” which has spent nearly six figures on changing her appearance.

From a young age, Japanese content creator Todoroki felt that she was different from her peers, who often made fun of her. She claims that she first thought it was due to her personality and interests but “realized” that she viewed herself as “uglier” than her classmates.

Todoroki got her first procedure done at 18 years old, a double eyelid surgery, and has continued getting procedures in the twelve years since. She estimates she has spent over 13.5 million yen (around $94,000 USD) on all of her plastic surgery.

Todoroki shares her plastic surgery journey online and has never shied away from showing the truth of her procedures, including the fact her upper lip no longer has feeling. On her YouTube account she shares day by day updates after she gets work done and has amassed over 524 thousand followers.

She also often share before and after photos online, giving an authentic look at the realities of plastic surgery.

The content creator has continued getting cosmetic work, most recently going in to get her eyebrows microblade to correct a previous surgical procedure.
