The identity of the man behind the horrifying stabbing incident that left 14 wounded in Bundang has been revealed.
Scene at AK Plaza stabbing | Seoul Shinmun On August 7, Yonhap News revealed the identity of the suspect behind the stabbing spree.
The man is reportedly Choi Won Jong, a 22-year-old man. Choi Won Jong was apprehended at the scene of a gruesome stabbing rampage on August 3.

On August 3, Choi Won Jong drove into 5 pedestrians near AK Plaza in Bundang, a wealthy suburb of Seoul. Choi Won Jong then ran into the store with a knife, attacking 9 people. 14 people were seriously injured in all.
Police arrested the man at the scene before charging him with attempted murder.
