10 BTS RM Tweets From 2020 That Will Make You Miss 2018’s “Kim Daily”

Around 2015 the hashtag, #김데일리 (#KimDaily), was formed by BTS‘s RM. RM posted often on Twitter (though not daily as the hashtag suggests) and mainly showcased his fashion of the day as well as occasionally what he was doing (i.e. walking Monie, practicing, etc.). It was usually characterized by the same full-body standing pose against a wall. With BTS’s hugely rising popularity in 2017 and 2018, the hashtag began to slow down and eventually was forgotten in 2018. Yes, it has been 2 years since the last #KimDaily.
Although this lovely hashtag disappeared, we still have received some amazing content from the rapper over the years that feels very similar. While many mourn the loss of the hashtag to this day, we still get hints of it! The boys may be significantly busier than those years ago but they still give us the content we love! 1. Connect BTS
Remnants of the iconic “Namjoon Silhouette” can be seen here with his stance and shoes. This photo also shows us his love of long coats that he has gained over the years.
2. Connect BTS 2 “Hi Mr. Gormley”
RM stands in front of (and in) an art piece, rather than a wall, but the vibe is the same. When looking at this versus his first picture in 2015, we can see his style has grown immensely.
3. “It’s been a while”
With COVID regulations lightening, RM finally was able to go out with a friend he hasn’t seen in a long time. This is one of the only wall pictures we got from last year but he has switched up his pose and showcased the paintings more than himself
4. “Nowadays”
RM shows us what his recent days have looked like by looking at art and nature. Looking away from us and at other things has become a common pose of his pictures as of late.

Another example of the previous pose, but this time full-body, resembling Kim Daily more. However, once again RM chooses to show more of the art than himself.

The second most popular pose than the “against the wall” pictures has to be the practice room mirror selfie. It has been a long time since he has posted one and now the practice room has changed!

Another example of the newest pose in which RM directs ARMYS to focus more on the art than himself so that they experience it with him.

Reminiscent of a photo from the last posting of #KimDaily, RM sits in front of a place that he is visiting in a gorgeous outfit.
9. “Autumn”
Bringing back his loungewear, RM brings us with him to another location and another outfit.
10. “Thinking of the past”
As RM says in one of the last photos of 2020, we are “thinking of the past”. While it’s nice to reflect, we are grateful for all we have been given.
