본문
Have you ever wondered what K-Pop idols eat prior to hitting the stage? JYP Entertainment girl group ITZY showed fans exactly this in the fourth episode of their “It’z Tour” YouTube series.
Though they spent a great deal of the concert’s preparation period fixing their hair and makeup, practicing, and simply playing around, the time when they were most excited was arguably when it was time to eat.
Following their rehearsals, the girls rushed to the tent dedicated to housing the catering of the day.

Silver trays were filled buffet-style with a variety of food. Yuna beat Yeji to the punch and was already filling up her plate by the time the leader arrived.
The maknae seemed amazed each time she opened the silver trays and unveiled a new dish, considering the rolled omelet an extra pleasant surprise.
Wow! Japanese rolled omelet looks like this?

Yuna and the other members loved how there were many Korean cuisine options such as beef pancakes and kimchi pancakes.
Wow, they look tasty. I love beef pancakes.

For protein, there were salmon slices, teriyaki chicken, cold cuts, and ribs present to choose from.
Fresh and cooked vegetables were also present for a balanced diet.
For carbohydrates, the members were presented with large amounts of rice as well as pizza.
Of course, there were also mini cakes and pastries available to end the meal on a high note. They apparently looked so good that Yeji stopped in her tracks, pointed at them, and gasped, “Wow.”

Yuna filled up her plate with a mix of everything offered, excited to be eating the hearty meal.
This sneak peak of the catering site is more or less consistent of what’s available at a K-Pop concert. As seen in the behind the scenes footage of other groups, there is often a modest variety of food on display for the artists and staff present.
