BlockBerry Creative Vows Continued Legal Action Against The LOONA Members

BlockBerry Creative has vowed to continue to take legal action against the LOONA members who have won their freedom.

In a short statement to Star News, a representative from BlockBerry Creative told the media outlet that they would continue to file lawsuits against the LOONA members in the future.

BlockBerry Creative has already stated they will be filing an appeal against the five members of LOONA who most recently won their freedom. However, these lawsuits are expected to be dragged on for years, as their first trial against Chuu will be held in August, 15 months after she first filed her lawsuit against the company. BlockBerry claimed that BY4M tampered with Chuu, attempting to sign her back in 2021 when she was under an exclusive contract with BlockBerry, but the courts ruled in favor of Chuu.
