Mickey Huang Names And Accuses Over 10 Celebrities Of Wrongdoings While Admitting To #MeToo Allegations

As the #MeToo movement in Taiwan sweeps through the country, more allegations against those in power have been revealed. Just days ago, celebrity Mickey Huang admitted to the allegations of sexual harassment that an influencer, Zofia, revealed in a Facebook post.

Zofia shared that following a nonconsensual kiss when she was a minor, the celebrity forced her “take off [her] top in order to take photos” in a hotel room when she was 20.

After admitting the accusations were true, Mickey attempted to take his own life and was hospitalized before being released. His wife defended him in an interview, claiming that his character had “changed.”

Since Mickey and I met, he has worked hard to change for the better and to share positive energy with everyone. As for the past… We need a bit more time and space. Thank you for all the concerns. Also released was a video where Huang accused other celebrities of wrongdoings.

Huang begins by saying he will talk about people who have hurt him, naming TV personalities Barbie and Dee Hsu. Dee Hsu and Huang dated in the past, and he revealed that the pair “took drugs.”

I’m going to talk about the people who have hurt me. I don’t want to just let it go, since I’m not being forgiven either…I want to talk about [TV personalities] Barbie Hsu and Dee Hsu. They’ve given me a very important life lesson. When I broke up with Dee Hsu, a lot of ridiculous things happened. For example, Dee Hsu discovered some things about me and she wasn’t happy. But I can’t let go of the fact that they took drugs. They were able to deny it and kept their popularity for over 20 years. They can still deny it even after getting photos taken by a magazine.

He then names celebrities he believes should have been scrutinized for drug usage, including actor and singer Lawrence Chou. Huang then states that #MeToo for him includes any wrongdoings.

Their friends,  Aya Liu,  Mavis Fan, and Lawrence Chou, all escaped scrutiny. I still remember Hugua Hu and Shotgun Tuo even went to prison. I forgot what they did. Weed, ecstasy, whatever. Social media was not popular back then so there wasn’t a platform for drug dealers to expose others. But what I’m saying is, how come they’re able to escape everything? Is #MeToo only for certain things? But for me, #MeToo is about this. Why are they able to maintain popularity as if nothing happened?

Huang continues, questioning why these examples of wrongdoing have gone without repercussions.

There are lots of others too…Jacky Wu, who I worked with a lot in the past. I was confused back then too. There was Angela, Vicky Chen, and then Wei Wei came along…what’s his concept of love? I’m not sure. This had a huge negative impact on me. Nowadays, he’s not afraid to speak out. Recently, he talked about winning a legal case against [singer-songwriter] R-chord and being rewarded a few thousand dollars for it. I was mad because R-chord had a child recently, so why did you brag about this? If you’re so amazing, why aren’t you encouraging and taking care of others instead of suing them?

Isn’t this a type of authority and power? From my understanding, he borrows money and never pays it back. A person like this, even if he didn’t do any #MeToo things, isn’t he still that kind of a person in a different way? He and his shows are very popular, and sometimes I think that’s ridiculous. Also…and of course, some of this is what I heard from other people, one time he got drunk at [his daughter] Sandy’s house and cried his eyes out. I don’t know what happened. I don’t know. Isn’t everyone the same way? Everyone is living behind a façade?

He then accuses TV personality Sam Tseng of smoking and drinking backstage at the historic Zhongshan Hall before questioning why a friend of his that cheated during his marriage still had a “good reputation.”

Also, Sam Tseng smoked and drank alcohol backstage when he was hosting a show at the Zhongshan Hall. It’s a historic site! Who does that? But all of these people are all living life like normal. They’re all amazing and haven’t had any wrongdoings. Is it only because the things they did aren’t considered to be #MeToo? I don’t care anymore, I just have to reveal all of this.

There’s too much. A married female singer got together with a producer. Yeah, it’s consensual, but do you dare to reveal this on stage? Additionally, a good buddy of mine cheated while he was married. He still has a good reputation. How come only my and Dee Hsu’s reputation took a hit, but your reputation is still good with so many theatrical plays lined up for you? You guys are all so amazing and lucky. I’m not trying to drag everyone into this, but I’ve been thinking as to whether “forgiveness” and “letting go” exist in this world. Probably, I guess.

Huang then targets his past relationships, naming the various women that hurt him in his life, saying there are “deep scars that he still” has.

When it comes to love, I’ve hurt others, and I’ve also gotten hurt. Someone with the last name Tao kept asking me about the [#MeToo incident with actor] Chris Wang. How annoying can you be? What does the incident have anything to do with you? Who dares to tell you, when you’d probably talk about it on shows later on? We were together in the past, but you were really standoffish. You kept walking ahead even while we were taking a stroll on a date. I even wrote a song about it. These are all the traumas I went through.

Also, that person with the last name Jia. You were the one who wanted to date me. I liked Vega Tsai back then. And then later we broke up and you disappeared. What’s up with that? Ariel Sha is crazy too. You refused to admit to it, were you possessed? I don’t understand. These are all the traumas I went through and the deep scars that I still have. I didn’t say anything the past, but now everyone’s exposing everything. There are a lot of mysteries too, involving some big-name singers.

He finishes his rant by stating that he let his issues with Barbie and Dee Hsu go before reiterating that everyone has secrets they hold on to.

With Barbie Hsu and Dee Hsu, I’ve decided to let it go. A lot of people were wondering why they were apologizing to me on [talk show] “Kangsi Coming.” Because we all have secrets. Who doesn’t have secrets. Most people do…I saw [TV personality] Jesse Tang talk about this the other day, and I was wondering, do you not have any secrets? I’m not only talking about #MeToo. Just like what I said about Jacky Wu and his concept of love, it had a very big impact on my life.
