TWICE’s Nayeon Shocks ONCEs After Revealing The Extent Of Her Damaged Hair

TWICE‘s Nayeon has had numerous hairstyles and colors over her eight-year career, and a recent photo showing the state of her hair has ONCEs speaking out in concern.

In April of last year, Nayeon transformed her hair by dyeing it blonde. While fans loved the gorgeous look, the drastic hair transformation didn’t come without a cost.

Nayeon has spoken before about the damage to her hair after years of bleaching it.

In an interview with ELLE Korea, she was shown a picture of her hair with broken pieces, and she revealed her hair has “shrunk in half” since bleaching it.

Even though it’s been almost a year since she’s returned to darker hair, she is still struggling with extremely damaged hair, and she recently showed ONCEs the extent of the damage, which some mistook as a chic, short haircut reveal.

In the photos, Nayeon looks into the camera with shorter hair, which appeared to be layered in the style of the popular wolf cut hairstyle. In the background, someone is holding Nayeon’s long hair extensions.

In another photo, Nayeon lifted some of the shorter pieces to reveal they likely weren’t intentionally cut but were broken off due to damage from consistently bleaching her hair.

ONCEs reacted to the new photos and expressed surprise and concern about the damage to Nayeon’s hair.
