Because TXT couldn’t wait to hear the funny story, Hueningkai jumped right into the time he went to a fast food place at Hakdong Station.

Hueningkai wanted to drink their “really delicious jelly ade.” Like usual, he politely told the worker his order, “I said, ‘One jelly ade, please.’” Though the request was simple, it took a funny turn.

Because Hueningkai “looked like a foreigner” to the worker, they couldn’t process his looks combined with his fluent Korean. He imitated their confused reaction, “But I didn’t look Korean. He was puzzled and said, ‘What?’”

No matter how many times Hueningkai said his order, the worker “kept saying, ‘What?’” He finally ended the awkward situation by saying it in a complete sentence and emphasizing his words. Hueningkai said, “So I said, ‘I’d like to drink jelly ade.’”

Their interaction had been so hilariously awkward that the members couldn’t help laughing, especially Soobin. That wasn’t the only time Hueningkai had been mistaken for a foreigner.

When Taehyun and Hueningkai went to the doctor, he spoke in Korean to Taehyun and English to Hueningkai. Even though Hueningkai assured the doctor he could speak comfortably in Korean, the doctor then hilariously mixed Korean and English together.
