BTS‘s V is an expert at clowning ARMY, even when he’s not trying to!
BTS dropped the first teaser photo set for their comeback single “Dynamite”. In each photo, all the members wore new clothes (that quickly sold out), and some also revealed new hair colors or styles.
V’s hair was a honeyed brown that’s sweeping the nape of his neck with its feathered layers.
When some fans saw his hair, they wanted to put on their clown makeup. The reality of V’s ‘do isn’t what they predicted. At all.
For at least two weeks prior, fans wondered what surprise V was hiding under his bucket hat…
…and they had every reason to be nosy. In the past, V concealed his gorgeous silver hair under a similar hat.
What would the new color be? Pink? Green? Rainbow? Even RM told V to take it off!

After BTS filmed an interview for their Japanese fan cafe, ARMYs began to wonder if V was wearing a hat with a wig attached to it…
