Girls’ Generation’s Yoona simply couldn’t believe what she was hearing when Sunny failed to recognize Yoona’s Hollywood fave while on the variety show The Game Caterers.
One of the games Girls’ Generation played on the show was ‘Guess Who.’ The members were asked to guess a series of celebrities’ names correctly in order to win the game. They were initially hopeful, as Sunny started the game off well with their encouragement.

Tiffany, Taeyeon, Yoona, and the others followed, all successfully guessing celebrities correctly.

Hyoyeon, who was at the end of the line, had originally been the main point of concern for the group as she was judged to be the weak link. To everyone’s relief, she managed to pass easily, letting the game loop back down the line.

Everything was going well, and soon their success became entirely dependent on Sunny, who was the last in line and therefore the one who could wrap up the round. Unfortunately, when her turn came she was left at a total loss as to who the celebrity in the picture was—much to her members’ frustration. After all, the celebrity in question was none other than Timothée Chalamet, Yoona’s ultimate celebrity crush.

Hyoyeon was utterly shocked by the fact that the weak link had turned out to be someone else, and Tiffany hilariously rounded on Sunny ready to swear.

Yoona herself was aghast. She was unable to believe Sunny had failed to recognize him despite the fact that the members had discussed him before. In fact, the actor had even come up in conversation on their way to the shooting of The Game Caterers…

Tiffany also hilariously spilled that they were all fans of him, making Sunny’s error even funnier. Sunny justified herself by claiming that she personally wasn’t a fan, although that was perhaps already evident.

This apparently dreadful mistake is even funnier considering that Yoona has been gushing about Timothée Chalamet for ages, most recently in Girls’ Generation’s appearance in the variety show Soshi TamTam. In fact, she’s such a big fan that she’s been known to fangirl over him on her Instagram story as well.
